We finally made it to the pancake boat! To celebrate my roommate Anna's last day we had dinner at the pancake boat. It was beautiful, made delicious food, and is just a wonderful random thing to find in a small town in the Netherlands.
The pancake boat is a small barge that is sitting in a canal. It is very elusive; it is only open on certain weekends, at random hours. They specialize in serving pancakes, we shared an onion and cheese pancake as well as a vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce pancake. Very nice, very weird to find here in a tiny town in the netherlands.
